Exclusive Japanese design. This elegant drinking glass is characterised by its extremely thin yet stable wall thickness. Made in Japan using the traditional thin-blowing method. Rim diameter 7,7 cm, height 9 cm, capacity 300 ml.
The thin-blowing process is a traditional method of glassmaking in which glass is blown into thin walls. The glassmaker must work with great precision to achieve an even wall thickness. This technique requires a great deal of experience and skill to ensure that the glass is thin enough to be light, yet strong enough to serve as a drinking glass. The result is a very light glass product that has a delicate appearance despite its stability.
