Sato pillow filled with four layers of needle-punched virgin wool from certified organic livestock farming (kbT). Pillowcase made from percale cotton in certified organic (kbA) quality. Regulates temperature and moisture, offering a firm yet comfortable sleeping experience. This model is on display at Sato for customers to try out.
The Sato firm virgin wool pillow is manufactured in our in-house Sato studio in Zurich. The virgin wool comes from southern Germany, from animals reared in animal-friendly conditions with free range.
The long-staple wool fibres are gently washed with soap and plenty of water. This natural washing process preserves some of the wool grease, which supports the self-cleaning properties of the virgin wool and contributes to the pillow’s durability.
The light needling of the virgin wool gives the pillow stable, firm support. The natural properties of the wool ensure good heat and moisture regulation and create a comfortable sleeping environment.
